- We do exchanges, returns or claims only of orders done directly through our website. If you bought our product in a store, you must contact them for their return policies.
- Color differences from the product you order and the one you received: Please take in consideration that there are color differences in each computer monitors. Also the products that are hand-painted are never the same. If you are not satisfied with the color or the product that you received though, you can return it. Please read below.
- For any returns or claims you must follow the procedure explained below.
- Products received in used or damaged condition not done by us or without intact Si-uL hangtags attached or Si-uL packaging, will be sent back to you at your own expense and will not be eligible for refund or any claim. Products returned as "wrong order" that we verify we had sent you a correct order will be sent back to you at your own expense. In all these cases, we will send you through PayPal a bill with the new shipping and handling fee. Upon receiving the new payment, we will send you back your returned merchandise. You have 14 days to make the payment, otherwise we will not be responsible of keeping your returned merchandise and we will proceed to discard it or donate it. We won’t be liable for any further claims.
R e t u r n s :
- All merchandise must be in perfect unused shape with intact Si-uL hangtags attached and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchanges.
- Items on sale cannot be returned.
- All claims or requests must be made first by email within 7 days from the date your package was delivered. Please include a digital copy of your order. Return the merchandise within 14 days from the date your package was delivered.
- Shipping & handling fees are not refundable.
- You are responsible for the shipping fees of returning the merchandise. We suggest you track and insure your shipment , since we are not responsible for packages lost.
- For items sent by us for free, there is a restocking fee of $10.00 per item.
- If eligible, we will send you your refund (minus restocking fee and the shipping & handling fees if applicable) in 5 business days using the same method of your original payment.
- International: We are not responsible for any refunds of the custom fees or duties you paid in your country when you receive your original order. We suggest you contact the custom department of your country for more details.

- All claims or requests must be made first by email within 7 days from the date your package was delivered. Please include a digital copy of your order, the reason for the return and photos of the damage.
- You are responsible for the shipping fees of returning the merchandise. We suggest you track and insure your shipment , since we are not responsible for packages lost.
- After your claim has been approved by us and you have complied with our return and claim procedure, we will put in production a replacement and send it at no cost to you.
- International: We are not responsible for paying custom fees or duties at any time or circumstance. If you decide to send us back an item, you must contact the custom department of your country to get your custom and duties fees back, if they allowed it.
- We can only send the replacement to the same address that you used when placing the original order.
- For wrong orders delivered: when you e-mail us to notify us our mistake, please send us a picture of the item that was sent to you. Once we receive your return merchandise and verify that it is in perfect unused shape with intact Si-uL hangtags attached, we will proceed to produce your replacement order.
- For defect / damaged claims: This applies only to defects or damages done by us. When you e-mail us to notify us of the problem, please send us a picture of the item that was sent to you where the problem is visible. Once we receive your returned merchandise and verify that it is in perfect unused shape with intact Si-uL hangtags attached, we will send you a new one at no cost to you.
- Damage claims due to damaged or tampered packages: You must fill out a claim immediately with the carrier and then contact us. After the carrier complaint is resolved and we get paid by the insurance, we will proceed to send you a replacement at no cost to you.

- Lost package: Contact us and we will file a claim for you. After the claim with the carrier has been resolved, we will proceed to refill your order.
- Delayed: We are not responsible for any delays. Please contact the carrier directly.
- Damaged or tampered with packages : Please fill out a claim immediately with the carrier and then contact us. After the claim with the carrier has been resolved and we have been paid by the insurance, we will proceed to refill your order.
- Stolen package: After the package has been delivered to the address you provided, we are not responsible if the package gets stolen. We suggest you use an address where someone is always available during daytime.
- We are in no way responsible for any delays, lost or damages produce in shipping including delivery errors or custom issues.
